The Navio platform, including its software, design and branding, is owned by Navio and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you create and upload through the Service. By using the Service, you grant Navio a limited licence to host and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, upgrades or take the Service offline temporarily without notice. We are not liable for any losses caused by downtime or service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Navio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Navio in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may revise these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates when the most recent changes were made. We will endeavour to notify active users of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. We may retain anonymised analytics data for platform improvement purposes. You may request full deletion of your account data by contacting us before or after termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction, as appropriate.
